Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Israel, Ireland, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Poland, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania and Romania.

Shipping cost

Delivery times

Orders ship within 5–7 business days and arrive 10–20 business days after dispatch. You get a tracking link by email when your order ships, and you can also track it at 17track.net.

Delays can happen with payment issues, an incorrect address, severe weather or customs checks. If an item is out of stock, we'll contact you.

Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Beauty and personal care products, sale or discounted items, and gift cards can't be returned.

To start a return, email service@fluxraa.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return label and instructions. Items sent back without a return request can't be accepted.

Damaged or wrong item

Check your order when it arrives and email us right away if anything is damaged, defective or wrong, so we can make it right.
